This blog starts with me at 97 pounds and just starting to get control of my health once again. I talk about the lessons, experiences, hopes and dreams of what is takes for me to ride my roller coaster of wellness while enjoying life. Today with an open heart surgery added to my list of surgeries. I am heavier then I have been in a decade (a good thing,) stronger, and once again in control of my health.
